I work primarily with people who have experienced trauma and PTSD who want to dive deep into understanding themselves. The people I work with tend to be deeply-feeling, highly intelligent perfectionists and people-pleasers who struggle to understand the meaning of their lives and want to settle into their true identity and purpose.
My approach
I primarily use a relational psychodynamic and eclectic approach, and pull from a number of evidence-based modalities when helpful. Clients have described me as willing to dive deep and really "go there" in my work. I'm EMDR certified and have extensive experience running DBT groups. I also have training in IFS, CBT, MI, and more.
