I draw from somatic, mindfulness-based, and other evidence-based approaches to help you understand yourself more deeply and create change that feels meaningful and lasting.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and have been working in the mental health field for more than 20 years. I’m especially drawn to the ways our relationships, attachment experiences, and nervous systems shape how we move through the world. I also have a special interest in psychedelic preparation and integration.
