How many CEUs do social workers need?
It depends on your state: California LCSWs need 36 hours every two years, Texas requires 30, Florida 30, New York 36 over a three-year registration. Your exact rule, with mandated topics, is on our state requirement guides.
Are online, self-paced CEUs accepted?
Almost everywhere, with limits in a few states: New York caps self-study at 12 of 36 hours, and some mandates require specific formats. Each requirement guide lists your state's format rules.
Which approvals do these courses carry?
Approvals are in progress with our accreditation partners and we do not claim any we do not have. Each course page carries an eligibility line that states exactly what it is approved for, updated as approvals land.
What does a course cost?

How do exams and certificates work?
