My approach to therapy is an overall eclectic one that combines techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), humanistic and psychodynamic therapy that is client centered and solution focused. My clients are provided an environment where they receive unconditional positive regard, genuine empathy, and a safe space to discover their own solutions.
I became a provider because I have always been curious about how our minds work, the impact that our thoughts, feelings and beliefs can have on our lives, and maybe most importantly that we can change our thoughts, feelings and beliefs and is so doing change our lives. Another reason I became a provider is because the significance of therapy on me.
