A note on
compensation.
Long-term positions are paid. When we agree on an ongoing role with real responsibility, it is paid work, and the rate and hours are set before you start.
Short project internships start unpaid. A focused first project is how we both find out whether the collaboration works. We may agree payment from the outset when your experience and the contribution you can make warrant it.
On either track we agree the scope, time commitment, review point, and compensation terms in writing before you begin, subject to applicable requirements. Nothing is assumed.
