The work

Psychology is the starting point.
What you make is up to you.

Help make psychology more accessible, useful, and engaging. Bring a strength in one area, or an interest in the space between them.

01

Design that understands people

Make psychology easier to use. Explore user experience, design thoughtful pages and visuals, and turn complex ideas into clear, approachable resources.

02

AI, with human judgment

Experiment with AI-assisted research, creative workflows, and useful tools. Check sources, question outputs, and keep accuracy and people at the center.

03

Content with substance

Research, write, and refine articles, guides, and learning resources. Translate psychological ideas into language people can actually understand and use.

04

Social media with purpose

Bring good ideas to a wider audience. Develop visual stories, short-form content, and thoughtful campaigns, then learn from how people respond.

The most interesting work often connects these areas: researching an idea, shaping it with AI, designing the resource, and sharing it with the people it could help.

A good fit

Bring curiosity.
Follow through with care.

You don’t need to know everything. You do need to care about the details, take initiative, and turn ideas into work you can share.

  • An interest in people and psychology.
Tell us what you’re studying, exploring, or hoping to learn.
  • A willingness to make and improve.
Share drafts, ask good questions, and use feedback to strengthen your work.
  • Reliable, independent collaboration.
Agree on a realistic commitment, communicate clearly, and follow through.

This is a creative and digital internship. It does not include therapy, patient care, or supervised clinical practice.

Let’s be clear from the start

A note on
compensation.

Internships normally begin unpaid. We may consider a paid arrangement from the outset in exceptional cases, depending on your experience and the contribution you can make.

As the collaboration develops, we can discuss paid work when there is a clear track record of reliable delivery and meaningful value. Payment or a future role is not guaranteed.

Before you begin, we’ll agree on the scope, time commitment, review point, and compensation terms, subject to applicable requirements.

What would you
like to work on?

What part of psychology could you talk about for hours? Tell us what excites you, what you’d love to create, and the kind of difference you hope to make.

A class project, writing sample, personal experiment, or portfolio is welcome. Thoughtful work matters more than a polished résumé.

  1. Share your interests and a little of your work.
  2. We’ll review your message and look for a good fit.
  3. If there’s a match, we’ll discuss a focused first project and the terms together.

Let’s get to know you
