As an Illinois Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, my intension is to understand all of my clients "individually" and honor the person they are. We begin the process by an extensive questionaire, to take into account physical, emotional or situational areas that keep you from living a vital life. My approach is pull out your attributes to strengthen your ability to make changes to improve your life.

I have extensive work in body/mind psychology which is a holistic approach to understand how your physical self affects your thoughts and emotions. I am also a Certified Dance Movement Therapist, which I use as an intervention upon the clients request.
