I am an active therapist who believes that therapy must be a collaborative effort. Together, we will work at defining your goals for treatment and helping you resolve those issues, which prevent you from having a more fulfilling life. There is no need for you to continue struggling with a conflictual relationship or a life crisis alone. Through an empathic relationship you will learn to identify those aspects of your life, which tend to keep you stuck in a negative pattern. It is often our painful feelings, our communication issues, our prior negative experiences and /or lack of reasonable choices which leave us feeling helpless and out of control. Therapy can provide you with the skills necessary to better resolve conflict and give you a sense of direction once more.
