I provide top tier mental health care by blending together evidence-based, trauma-informed, neuroscience-backed, whole-person therapy with advanced clinical training. My approach draws from EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, somatics, nervous system regulation, attachment and re-patterning attachment experiences (DARe), CBT, DBT, Gottman methodology.
