My counseling approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs while helping them build practical skills, resilience, and confidence.
