And so it's easy for us to get to points in our lives where we're not really sure we like what's happening anymore but also are having trouble figuring out how to fix it, or maybe we know how but we can't quite seem to actually do the fixing.
Or maybe we've experienced some difficult life events that have changed how view the world our our place in it. So that's where I come in. I'm here to help untangle things, sort out what's coming from where, and then we can come up with a plan for how to move forward.
And while we're doing that, what kind of skills can we put in place to help better manage the day to day. Overall, the goal is to be feeling more confident and secure in the life we're building.

I am passionate about supporting you in creating a path forward that feels right for you and empowering you to regain control and resilience.
More background
Well, much like a lot of therapists, I've travelled along my own unique path of discovery and healing. It wasn't until my early twenties that I connected with a therapist and got someone to support me on that journey, which is when I decided I wanted to be that same person for others too. Fortunately, I had always liked psychology and had chosen it as my undergrad, but my intention initially was to go to law school after my bachelors.
So I switched up my path and after I got my undergrad in Psych I attended a masters program for social work with a focus on clinical care. Best decision I ever made.
