I believe that sometimes people just get stuck in unhealthy thought patterns or behaviors, and need a little guidance to get unstuck. By learning to identify negative, repettive patterns and mastering practical coping skills, we have the power to reclaim our lives. All of this is done with an emphasis on the mind/body/spirit interaction and connection which aids our feelings of being balanced and in control.
