Hello, I am Rachel! I am a counselor-in-training who specializes in working with children, teens, and their families. I also enjoy working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, as well as those with different gender identities and sexualities.
I support clients who are facing concerns about eating, body image, self-esteem and self-image challenges, identity issues, racial and cultural concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, life transitions, and safety concerns.
I take a client-centered and integrative approach to therapy. I combine methods and techniques of differing modalities with culturally and trauma-informed responsive care to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen and heard. Together we will set goals and build a plan tailored to your mental, emotional, or physical well-being.
