I have a warm, friendly, empathic, and experienced approach. As a psychologist who helps with personal and relationship issues, I offer individual, couples, and group counseling. I help my clients make positive, lasting, and successful changes in behavior and relationship patterns. I work with clients to reduce social anxiety and stress, and increase and positive self-esteem. I also offer the opportunity to do deeper work on patterns that have originated from childhood abuse or trauma. I offer two psychotherapy groups for self-esteem, and relationship issues and social anxiety. In these groups, you increase your relationship skills and work on self-esteem issues within the interactive environment of group therapy.
