I have been in private practice for 10 years, specializing in issues of anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, work or relationship impasses, co-dependency, and low self-esteem. I am familiar with 12 step spirituality, and believe that in a safe environment old wounds can begin to heal. I have extensive experience working with survivors of childhood sexual trauma, including those exploited by clergy. I understand the devastation and shame that are the legacy of such exploitation, and how difficult it is to trust after such a cruel betrayal of trust by an authority figure. I am particularly interested in the interface of depth psychology and spiritual (not necessarily religious) practice.
