About Ezgi

Do you find yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships, struggling to set boundaries, or being harder on yourself than you would ever be on someone else? Maybe you overthink, people-please, push others away, or find yourself caught between wanting change and falling back into familiar habits.

I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship difficulties, attachment wounds, breakups, communication struggles, self-worth, and major life transitions. Together, we'll explore where these patterns come from, how they've shaped the way you relate to yourself and others, and what's keeping you stuck. I'll help you see things from new perspectives, challenge what isn't serving you, and work toward meaningful change—not just during our sessions, but in your everyday life.

At the heart of it all, the relationship you have with yourself shapes how you show up in your relationships with others.

My approach

My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from attachment-based, psychodynamic, EFT, and CBT approaches tailored to your needs. I'll offer honest feedback, challenge patterns that hold you back, and encourage you to actively work toward change both in and outside of sessions.

About me

I'm a Turkish-American immigrant, dog-lover, and curious mind with a passion for understanding people. Having lived in many different places, worn many different hats, and taken a few unexpected turns myself, I bring both professional training and lived experience to the work we'll do together.

More background

My own journey has taught me that the human experience isn't meant to be neat or linear; it's inherently imperfect and unpredictable. I believe learning to sit with discomfort and embrace the complexity of our inner worlds is part of what allows us to develop greater self-acceptance and live more authentically.
