I support moms navigating pregnancy, postpartum, & the challenges within parenting. You appear high-functioning, but feel overwhelmed internally. The reality is you are carrying anxiety, intrusive thoughts, guilt, and the pressure to “get it right” and not "damage" your child.
You come in feeling exhausted by the mental load, disconnected from yourself or your partner, and unsure how to move forward. Through collaborative, structured therapy, I help you learn to regulate your emotions, reduce anxiety, depression, guilt, & rebuild confidence so you can feel more grounded, present, and aligned in motherhood. I support dads too!
My approach
I specialize in maternal mental health; supporting anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, shifts in identity, relationships, overcompensation & over-functioning in motherhood. Through CBT, ACT, DBT, Somatic & Trauma-Informed care I provide practical tools & deeper insight to help you feel regulated, confident and discover the new you.
