I use a mix of person-centered, queer, narrative, and anti-oppression/liberation-based therapies. This means you and I are partners in defining your goals, exploring tools to process or cope, and creating a plan for therapy that's tailored to your needs. I'm not going to tell you what to do, but I will keep it real.
