About Bianca
Maybe you’ve already figured out the “what.” You know you overthink. You know you people-please. You know you shut down. The harder question is why. Sometimes the patterns we struggle with now started as ways of getting through something earlier in life.
Therapy can be a place to slow those patterns down, get curious about where they came from, and understand what keeps them showing up. We can look at what you learned to do, what those patterns were protecting you from, and whether they still fit the life you’re trying to build.
My approach
I’m interested in more than helping you feel better for the moment. We’ll look at what’s happening beneath the surface, connect the dots, and gently challenge the patterns that may no longer be serving you. Some sessions may be practical, while others may take us deeper. The work is collaborative, honest, and meaningful.
About me
I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, people-pleasing, boundary struggles, childhood trauma, and unmet emotional needs. I also offer adult ADHD evaluations. My approach may include EMDR, parts work, somatic therapy, CBT, or psychodynamic ideas, depending on what fits. We can figure that out together.
