About Michelle
If you're a mom feeling disconnected and overwhelmed, something feels off, or you don't feel like yourself, I am here to walk you through it. This stage of life you are in is difficult, but you don't have to tackle it alone!
If your child is struggling with big emotions, anxiety, and grief, I am here to give you a safe space to process these feelings. Maybe you're an athlete and trying to balance school, sports, and the intense pressure of it all. I can help you feel supported.

My approach is warm, holistic, and caring. I provide a safe space to process thoughts and emotions. Our first session will be about getting to know you and building rapport. Once I hear more about what brought you to therapy and your goals, I expand my approach and offer different types of therapy that will best meet your needs.
About me
I have over 6 years experience as a counselor. I began in education working as a teacher and school counselor, providing experience and passion for working with children. I then moved into working in healthcare in a hospital setting working along side the maternal units working with moms navigating infant loss, postpartum depression/anxiety, and NICU trauma.
