I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with six years of experience in the mental health field working with individuals of all ages, as well as families. I am an Ally and member of the Human Rights Campaign.
I am also an ACE certified personal trainer. My specialties include treating depression, anxiety/panic, and stress, as well as the issues impacting the GLBT community. I am open-minded and non-judgemental. As a personal trainer, I can also incorporate relaxation techniques and exercise into my therapy treatment. CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED.
