About

By looking through this website, you are making an important decision to improve your overall health and well-being. Seeking out and receiving support is important during times of stress or transitions. Deciding to make major life changes, or dealing with a specific problem, are best done with the help of someone you can trust and relate to. Therapy should be a comfortable, positive experience, and I strive to create an environment in which you will feel free to be open and honest, and to work on whatever goals and issues you present. I am a caring and compassionate therapist with over 15 years of experience working with adults, children and adolescents, I have helped many people get through normal as well as extraordinary transitions. My areas of interest include relationship and intimacy issues, self-esteem and self-care, depression, anxiety and loss. In addition to eclectic psychodynamic approaches, I use a variety of relaxation and mind-body exercises to help people cope during this process. Whatever issues you present, we will work together to improve your current situation and enhance your lifelong resiliency.
