About Tiffany
I help adults and couples work through trauma, betrayal and affair recovery, difficult family relationships, attachment wounds, and relationship difficulties. You may be dealing with childhood trauma, family estrangement or conflict, anxiety, grief, or patterns in relationships that are difficult to change. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, healthier boundaries, and more connected relationships.
My approach
My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed. I draw from attachment science, evidence-based trauma therapies, and relationship-focused approaches, tailoring our work to your needs, goals, and circumstances.
About me
I’m a therapist, parent, and lifelong learner. I know firsthand that life can take us through unexpected seasons, and I bring that perspective, along with extensive clinical training, to my work with clients.
More background
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
My personal experiences have deepened the way I understand the complexity of relationships, family systems, and the many roles people carry throughout their lives. As a parent and someone who has experienced different seasons of life, I understand that relationships can be both deeply meaningful and deeply challenging. These experiences have strengthened my belief that people’s struggles make sense within the context of their histories, relationships, and the environments they have lived in. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect for the ways people have adapted to difficult circumstances while also supporting them in creating meaningful change. Clients often find that they do not need to have their story perfectly organized before beginning therapy. My role is to help you slow down, make sense of patterns, and create a space where you can better understand yourself and your relationships.
Work history
I have provided clinical services across a range of settings, including inpatient psychiatric units, state hospital settings, and outpatient clinics. My training included working with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with complex mental health concerns, trauma histories, relationship difficulties, and significant life challenges. My clinical experiences included work with individuals across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds, including rural and urban communities and people navigating a wide range of social and economic circumstances. These experiences shaped my understanding that symptoms and behaviors often make sense within the context of a person’s history, relationships, and environment. After completing my doctorate, I stepped away from formal clinical practice to focus on raising my family. Returning to clinical work, I bring both advanced training and a deeper understanding of the relational systems that shape people’s lives, including the challenges of caregiving, changing family roles, and maintaining connection through difficult seasons.
