I work with adults and teens dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, and relationship concerns. We can look at what happens in the moments you get stuck: the conversation you keep avoiding, the task you can’t start, or the memory that interrupts an otherwise ordinary day. You don’t have to arrive with a clear explanation. Figuring out where to begin is part of our work together.
My approach
I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We’ll look at how you respond to difficult thoughts and feelings, practice ways to handle them, and work toward changes that matter to you. I ask questions, offer my perspective, and help you put apply a new way of handling difficult inner experiences so that you can build a meaningful life.
