About Danielle

Maybe you're managing anxiety that won't quiet down, depression that drains the energy out of everything, or trauma that still shows up in ways you didn't expect. It could be that you're navigating addiction, ADHD, autism, or emotional overwhelm and you're exhausted from pushing through it alone. Maybe your relationships, sex life, or friendships are suffering, and you want things to change.

Perhaps you've been to therapists who didn't understand your experience as an LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and/or neurodivergent person. Whether you feel like you're too much for everyone or you're holding it together behind a smile, you deserve a space where you can just be honest.

My approach

We’ll start with a free 15-minute videocall to see if we’re a fit. If we are, we go at your pace. I’ll listen first, then teach you practical skills to help you feel better. You’ll leave each session with something to use that week. I offer individual counseling, relationship and friendship therapy, and DBT skills groups. I’m here for you.

About me

I’m Danielle, a queer Black neurodivergent therapist, and I help people feel less anxious and depressed. Therapy hasn’t always made room for everyone, so I made this space for the people it overlooked. Here, you can be heard, be honest, and be supported without shrinking or explaining yourself. You deserve to feel heard.
