About Cooper

You might be holding it all together on the outside—but inside, you're overwhelmed, stuck, or simply exhausted from trying to manage it all. Whether you're in the midst of a major life transition, feeling the weight of past trauma, or struggling to reconnect with yourself, therapy can offer space to reflect, heal, and grow.

I specialize in working with adults of all ages who are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, grief, and the challenges that come with meaningful life change. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing and growth are possible when therapy is grounded in mutual trust, collaboration, and compassion.

My approach

Through a client-centered approach, we'll develop treatment goals together, based on your needs and preferences. Psychotherapy might include action steps to support growth and change - or a more relaxed, exploratory pace. Either way, you’ll find a space grounded in empathy, flexibility, and respect for your lived experience. I utilize CBT, DBT, MI, & EFT.

About me

I grew up in the mid-west and moved around a bit between several states before landing in Arizona over 10 years ago. I have loved making AZ my home with my spouse ever since. My practice as a psychotherapist is a great passion in my life. I care deeply about my clients and I live each day working myself on many of the things I encourage clients to do.
