I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP). I help clients heal from trauma, PTSD, abuse, neglect, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and relationship struggles. I also support first responders, therapists, and individuals navigating burnout, identity exploration, and life transitions.
