I also incorporate some mindfulness and positive psychology to help you re-establish a positive relationship with yourself.

My therapy style is grounded in CBT skills with a person-centered approach. I enjoy grabbing skills from other modalities like DVT when needed to make sure my plan of care for you is a personalized as possible.

My career began in community mental health. I began working with teens and adults in recovery from substance use addiction as well as mental health struggles. Working with this population has helped me gain experience working with clients who may have multiple areas they want to work on while in my care.
