Janet Hayden

I have been a counselor for twenty five years and I love my work. I work with adults and couples and facilitate a women's group with another counselor. More is available about that group at www.womenstherapygroupsofaz.com.

My counseling training and methods include, gestalt, EMDR, Imago Couples Therapy, body centered psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe that becoming conscious of our behavior and feelings give us the opportunity for a choice full life. I am happy to talk to anyone on the phone who would like more information.
