I have a Ph. D. in psychology, am licensed in California and wrote my doctoral dissertation on exploring humor in everyday life. My practice serves adults and families who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and stress.
The effort in psychotherapy as I practice it is to assist each individual in developing self within his/her own family system. I do therapy using Bowen systems theory and offer only Tele-Behavioral Health for CA residents.
