About Rachel
My ideal client is looking for a therapist to guide and support them towards their personal growth goals and emotional wellbeing. I love working with people on their journeys toward finding peace, love for life, and all-around discovery. Often, this involves taking diving into our inner world and taking an honest look at behavioral patterns and the ways we relate to ourselves, others, and the world.
I take a laidback, personable approach to therapy, holding a non-judgmental space for you to share about your unique lived experience and perspective.
My approach
I am trained as a Climbing Therapist with 50 hours of training through the Institute of Climbing Therapy (Austria) and 36 hours through Wild and Wonderful Life (Colorado). I hold an active Climbing Wall Instructor Certification through the American Mountain Guide Association and a Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification through Sierra Rescue Intl.
About me
My passions are living creatively, being in nature, traveling, art, science, food, music, and helping others find their own passions and interests in life. If this sounds like a good fit for you, just send a message and we can talk more about scheduling, insurance, and therapy goals. You can also book through my portal at fearlesstherapy.clientsecure.me.
