About Luke

It has not always been like this, the person that was on the outside was the way you felt on the inside. But things seemed to shift. You try to think, when did this happen? And then you realize, you know the answer. It was that one situation. The situation you have tried to bury because even just thinking about it brings you back into the moment.
My approach
You are forced messages from friends and family you have told you are struggling. They don't seem to understand you can't just "move on". The feelings you are having are quicksand, no matter how much you try, you are stuck. You are still sinking. As your therapist, I am here to help you stop sinking.
