Maybe you're feeling disconnected from yourself or others, navigating relationship challenges, struggling with anxiety or emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling like something needs to change. I work with individuals, couples, and relationships of all kinds to better understand what's happening beneath the surface, make sense of how past experiences influence the present, and build healthier ways of relating to ourselves and others.
