About Gabriella

Food, your body, or anxious thoughts may be taking up more room in your life than you want, and it can feel like you're stuck no matter how hard you try. I work with teens and adults facing eating disorders, anxiety, low self esteem, and big life changes, along with the depression and stress that often come with them. Together we look at what keeps the cycle going and build a plan that fits your life, whether that means stronger coping skills, new ways of handling difficult thoughts, or a kinder relationship with food and your body. Many clients find more freedom, confidence, and hope along the way.

My approach

I draw on DBT, ACT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy. Sessions are calm and collaborative. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to listen, support you, and help you find what works.

About me

I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker with Trusted Results Therapy Group in Mount Pleasant, practicing under clinical supervision. Outside the office I recharge with reading, yoga, and time at the beach.
