Hi, I’m Anna, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of Daylight Therapy Services, offering virtual therapy across New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
I work with adults, young adults, college students, and adolescents from diverse cultural backgrounds. Many of my clients are people who look put-together but feel emotionally stuck or anxious, disconnected, or exhausted inside. Others are navigating change, like a new city, college, a career shift, or a redefined relationship. I support clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment issues, dating and relationships, family dynamics, and self-esteem.

I take a systemic, relational approach: I look at how family, work, culture, and relationships shape your mental health. I blends attachment-based therapy, CBT, IPT, solution-focused, narrative, and strengths-based methods, tailored to you. Sessions are virtual for adults and teens in NY, NJ, and FL.

I have over 6 years of experience providing relational therapy to adults and adolescents. I graduated from Iona University with a Master of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy in 2020 and have had a range of experience spanning community mental health, substance abuse programs, group practices, and now my own private practice.
