I have been working in the field for over 20 plus years. I have an eclectic approach using a variety of skills and tools including Assertiveness Training, Behavorial Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, EMDR. I have developed pre and post partum mood disorders and partaken in workshops throughout the state. I work with all ages, individuals, couples and families.
