My style: warm, direct, challenging

“Stop shrinking yourself to keep everyone comfortable. Direct, warm therapy for people ready to heal, set boundaries, and live life fully on their own terms.”

You're tired of being the strong one. The one who holds it all together, smooths things over, and needs very little in return. You say yes when you mean no. You explain your feelings twice — sometimes three times — hoping someone will finally hear you. And somewhere along the way, you stopped asking what you actually want.

About Erin

You're tired of being the strong one. The one who holds it all together, smooths things over, and needs very little in return. You say yes when you mean no. You explain your feelings twice — sometimes three times — hoping someone will finally hear you. And somewhere along the way, you stopped asking what you actually want.

I'm Erin Brandt, and I work with people who are ready to stop shrinking themselves for everyone else's comfort — and start building a life, and relationships, that actually feel like theirs.

Sessions are available by telehealth or in person, and I offer a free consultation to see if we're a good fit.

My approach

I specialize in anxiety, people-pleasing, low self-worth, body image, intimacy, and trauma. I bring deep comfort with sexual identity, relationships, and survivors of sexual violence. My style is direct but warm, curious, and never judgmental. Clients often describe our work together as the first place they've felt safe enough to say the hard thing out loud.

About me

I have 20+ years as a sex educator and hold a post-graduate degree in Forensic Sexology with a completed Sexual Attitude Reassessment (SAR). I'm a mom, a reader, and the person who can't walk past a clearance-rack plant without bringing it home. My family and I love camping, and rafting together. My ideal vacation involves a beach, the ocean, and a hammock.
