About Craig

I help clients understand the root causes of depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, communication problems, and ADHD difficulty. My role is to give you the space to explore and understand your thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns to help find clarity into where you are, how you've gotten here, and where you want to go.I want clients to leave with an improved understanding of the exact nature of their problems and clarity about exactly what to do about them. Changing how you think, feel, behave, and experience the world can help you find the place of contentment you seek.

I want to help you challenge what you believe and why you believe it, how you think and see yourself and others, and challenge you to implement real action and changes in your life

My approach

I think of therapy like peeling an onion layer by layer. Together, we'll explore what you think and feel to understand how to make effective positive changes in the future. Sometimes, current patterns are rooted in past adaptations to difficult experiences. Understanding the past helps us see what serves us now and what we need to do moving forward

About me

I have over thirty years of social work and mental health experience to share with you on what works and what to avoid. My job is to challenge you to grow and improve your self-awareness, understanding, acceptance, forgiveness, and compassion for yourself and others. I don't provide couples counseling, but I can often help significantly improve understanding

More background

For those with ADHD, I use my deep understanding of this complex condition to help you put the pieces together and completely understand yourself and what you need to be more functional. We'll explore all six aspects of ADHD: hyperactivity, inattention, impulsiveness, emotional dysregulation, executive dysfunction, and relationship intersectionality
