I am a psychotherapist who works with people who want more self-confidence and better relationships, and to alleviate anxiety, panic and depression. I have training and experience in many approaches, but the way we will work in your therapy all depends on your unique set of goals, needs and personal preferences. I try to listen carefully and adjust as therapy progresses.
