I am a licensed clinical social worker who has been in practice over 40 years. I have a wealth of experience having worked in a variety of settings which include the Illinois State Department of Mental Health, various child welfare agencies, a family service agency, a college counseling service and currently in private practice. I have learned over my years of clinical experience that individual counseling or psychotherapy can be very helpful with issues resulting from acute anxiety and depression.
