There are a lot of "bad things" that have given me opportunity to develop myself in ways I never expected. I am driven to help others make something out of their pain. Anything I was criticized on when I was younger became an asset as a counselor. I would love to talk more about this in a one-on-one conversation.

What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

There are a lot of "bad things" that have given me opportunity to develop myself in ways I never expected. I am driven to help others make something out of their pain. Anything I was criticized on when I was younger became an asset as a counselor. I would love to talk more about this in a one-on-one conversation.

What would be important for someone to know about working with you?

I integrate models together that I have learned. I am direct, and friendly. I tend to use up the whole hour and I give homework that will have meaningful impact. I have a pretty great memory given all the sessions I have throughout a week and will remember things you said, did or planned.

Personal Relevant Experience: I understand some things in life cant be understood unless you have lived it. I have past experience as a Military Family member as a spouse to a NAVY Sailor and sister to a Tech Sargent in the Air Force. I have been a volunteer Emergency Responder and professional Lifeguard. I grew up living in camp grounds and working on horse farms. I experienced dysfunction in my family of origin.

LGBTQIIA+: I am an open and affirming provider.

Alternative Relationships/Relationship Anarchy: I am knowledgeable in family dynamics, social norms, common needs and healthy practices of polyamory, poly fidelity, ethical nonmonogamy, and open relationships.
