About T.Lee
I specialize in two things. One is supporting people struggling with anxiety, worrying a lot, or trauma. The other is relationship counseling, especially communication and relationship skills. I work with people in a variety of relationships, including ethical non monogamy.
How is anxiety showing up in your life? What's hard because of it? Is it getting in your way? What have you tried so far? Has it been helpful? Do you need support in talking to your partner(s) about difficult things? Have you been arguing a lot?
Would you like more skills in how to talk to each other? I've been in the field for a while, and helped a lot of people. My toolbox is stuffed with training, experience, and education. I'm interested in hearing about you, and seeing where we can go or what we can do that makes the challenges less impactful and easier to face. There are so many ways to do that, and together we'll discover what works best for you.
My approach
I always lead with what you want to work on, and what is getting in your way. Therapy is about your needs and wants, and how I can support you in dealing with things that are hard. I use multiple approaches to provide what your needs are in every situation or struggle. I use relational, liberation, narrative, social therapy and other methodologies.
About me
I use lived experience where relevant and useful. Outside of work I am deeply engaged in volunteer community theater as a playwright and actor as well as an open water endurance swimmer.
More background
Current openings are primarily weekday afternoons as of October 2026. I am in the process of being credentialed with Aetna, and a longer timeframe to also credential with Harvard Pilgrim and Blue Cross. I am offering $50 sessions for individual therapy until the credentialing process is complete with those companies.
I do not accept insurance for relationship or couples therapy as the rates they pay are 1/3 of what they pay for individual therapy, and that is not a sustainable business model. Please check out my website for more information about my work and my practice! I look forward to hearing from you.
