I specialize in working with women having trouble with relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, or life transitions. I work with individuals, couples and periodically have support groups. The therapy usually focuses on why it is we do what we do, intending to uncover unconscious behavior.

Once we have an understanding of the underlying pull towards certain responses or actions, it is easier to change or accept our behaviors.
