I have over 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist specializing in intimacy and relationship problems, abuse and trauma, and substance abuse and addictions. In more recent years I have also developed expertise in the teaching of relaxation, mindfulness, and other stress-reduction techniques. My style is integrative, believing in the value of teaching people skills for improving their lives, while at the same time addressing unresolved childhood issues when appropriate.
