Overview
WELCOME TO MY PRACTICE. You are struggling as we all do at times in our lives. and wondering which way to turn. You do know that some change needs to be made.........When people ask me what I do, I say i live part-time in other peoples' heads. By which I mean i am a Clinical Psychologist who empathically seeks to see and experience your world as you do. This forms the basis of our therapeutic relationship together, towards creating the changes you want to make in your life.

For me, it remains a pleasure to be a clinical psychologist. And it continues to be a pleasure to engage with people from all walks of life and of all ages who come to my office seeking help, and benefiting from it. I find immense satisfaction in being part of this therapy process that enables people to develop and growth.

My therapy style is interactive, understanding that we all face personal struggles at times in our life.

How Therapy Helps: Talking things through with someone professional whose personal life is not affected by it but who is deeply engaged in understanding who you are is the basis of the therapy relationships. Whether focused on the past, present or future, it can often help dramatically. Most everyone who chooses therapy derives considerable benefit. It can offer support in times of stress, help develop coping skills, change behavioral patterns that are no longer working effectively.
