I am a therapist who has been in practice for since 1990. I have been able to help people who have suffered from depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work difficulties, among other issues. Life can sometimes become overwhelming. I can help you learn to handle the stress and actually gain greater joy and satisfaction in your life. In addition to individual psychotherapy, I provide couples therapy and group therapy.

Couples therapy will enable couples to improve their communication skills and reach a deeper level of intimacy. Group psychotherapy is very beneficial for individuals who want to improve and enrich their lives.
