Overview
Koch Mental Health Services is a counseling and psychotherapy practice specializing in hypnotherapy, sex therapy, flight anxiety and trauma treatment. We offer individual, couple and group psychotherapy.

We are centrally located at the Country Cub Plaza in Kansas City, MO. Since 1980, we have been serving individuals and couples from Kansas City and the surrounding areas. Jay Koch, and Janis Koch, a married couple of nearly 40 years, are the founding therapists of the practice.

We also offer an individualized, step-by-step program for anxiety-free flying. Fear Takes Flight is a simple four-step program is designed to help you confront your fears through positive mental conditioning and stress resolution techniques. The ultimate goal is for you to build your confidence step-by-step until you are ready to take a short flight with your pilot-therapist.
