I am a warm, compassionate therapist with over 20 years of experience. My heartfelt intention for every session is for your highest possible healing so you may experience greater peace & happiness. I draw on a wide variety of experience & training, as well as my intuition. We tap into your wisdom to remove blocks to healing & being your best possible self. The blocks usually take the form of traumas & conscious/unconscious limiting beliefs. I use powerful energy psychology techniques to heal all problems including anxiety, insomnia, depression, trauma, abuse, fears, phobias, love pain, anger, guilt, addictions, low self-esteem, emotional overeating, & chronic pain.
If you are on a conscious spiritual path, I can help you choose to live with greater joy and purpose. The application of spiritual laws and various tools aid this process. I have extensive training in energy psychology techniques, including EFT, TFT, ZPoint, Remap and TAT.
