Talk therapy can help you become your true self. Low self-esteem can be the core problem behind many symptoms such as anxiety and depression. I have worked extensively with adults and have a good understanding of childhood issues. I work with individuals and families from an interpersonal approach with a focus on emotions. I believe that all people have resources to solve problems. I have worked many years with adolescents in public education. I have had great success with them because I understand what it is like being an adolescent today. I also have an extensive background in substance abuse.

I am a licensed clinical social worker offering individualized services including consultation, skill development, problem solving, and individual therapy. I do substance abuse evaluations. I have 20 years working with adolescents and adults. I have expertise in substance abuse, grief issues, and gender issues as well as depression, anxiety, and children and teens issues.

In addition, I am a provider recognized by the state of New Jersey to provide treatment for individuals who have received DWI and I am a certified SAP counselor who evaluates substance abuse.
