Overview
My approach to therapy is one that is motivated first and foremost by the person themselves. Although I employ many different treatment modalities (play therapy, Cognitive/Behavioral therapy, Depth Psychotherapy, Sandtray therapy and more), there is never a "one size fits all" when it comes to therapy. As each person is unique, so is their goal towards feeling better. I work mostly with, but am not limited to, children and teens. I currently share office space on Washington Avenue between 295 and the Northgate Shopping Plaza.
