Overview
My practice focuses on supporting women who are struggling with Infertility, Post Partum Depression or who plan to become pregnant and have an existing diagnosis of Depression or Anxiety. My program will offer a mix of wrap around support and concrete information that can be used to immediately begin to feel better, along with coaching and traditional talk therapy.
